This project reflects an ongoing role within Box Hill Institute as the Design Lead, managing a team of three creatives. Box Hill teaches thousands of students per year, with all printed and digital collateral coming through the design department.

In my role as Design Lead, I have overseen and designed a broad range of assets, including digital advertising, printed ephemera, and animated content.

On a more complex level, I was responsible for designing both the UX and the UI of a digital onboarding application form, which is the first mobile-first application form to be offered by a TAFE in Australia.

Additionally, my work with BHI has resulted in the refresh and update of many design elements such as the 2024 course guide, media campaigns and corporate branding.

Box Hill Institute's 100 year anniversary takes place this year. I was given the opportunity to help brand the logo and visual identity for their brand. Above is a snippet of how we used the 100 year brand to help promote a virtual reality treasure hunt with the below posters.

A series of 10 posters were designed and developed to promote Box Hill Institute's 100 year anniversary. The posters can be scanned to view an augmented reality experience that has animated elements from the poster come to life. These design, illustration and creation of the augmented reality experience were created by myself.

To strengthen the presence of Box Hill Institute's 100 year anniversary, I designed decals to be displayed around each campus.

I was asked to work with multiple stakeholders including directors, executives and the CEO to develop a look and feel for Box Hill Institute's 2024-2028 Strategic Plan. This had to be carefully curated to ensure their vision was achieved.

I'm also heavily involved in refreshing the look and feel of Box Hill Institute's "BECOME" campaign. Working with existing assets, I was tasked to come up with a way of making their new campaign assets feel fresh, without disrupting the familiar messaging.

Part of my role involves organising all the collateral for upcoming events, such as Talk & Tours. This collateral spans organic and paid socials, digital ads and more.

Winter Discovery Nights has been rebranded to showcase our staff, using fun, lively colours to help increase interest of prospective students.

Merchandise is frequently created at the Institute. Above is an example of a jumper that has been designed for staff to be worn throughout the campus and at home. The idea behind the design is we wanted something to promote the "BECOME" campaign while also feeling clean and modern.
