Leading a small in-house creative team across roughly 750 projects a year, holding brand consistency steady through organisational change. Sole UX/UI designer on the work that matters most, including a mobile-first enrolment form that cut completion time by up to 60% and shaped the statewide TAFE CRM rollout.

Sessional Lecturer & Research Assistant

2021 – 2024

Lecturing in UX design, interaction design, and branding, translating curriculum into teaching materials and guiding students through studio projects. Worked alongside faculty on research and design initiatives, with 95+ student satisfaction ratings across the role.

UX/UI Designer & Communication Designer

Lead designer on the Popless brand and product, building responsive designs and scalable design systems from concept through to public beta. Worked closely with developers on accurate implementation, owning everything from brand identity to marketing collateral.
